Co., in which judgment entered for the Plaintiff after trial including treble damages and attorneys fees for both bad faith breach of insurance contract and for breach of the Colorado Consumer Protection Act. We also acted as lead counsel for Plaintiff in the class action case of Dixon v. Security Life Denver in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. The class action was settled resulting in a recovery of 26 million dollars in cash and death benefits for 191 class members.
